Leadership
CDBoyd LLC Consulting is led by Rev. Dr. Christian D. Boyd, DMin, MBA, a nonprofit executive, consultant, mediator, arbitrator, and humanitarian advisor with more than two decades of leadership experience in the nonprofit, faith-based, educational, philanthropic, and international development sectors.
Throughout his career, Dr. Boyd has advised nonprofit organizations, governing boards, businesses, philanthropic leaders, and community institutions on governance, strategic planning, organizational development, fundraising, conflict resolution, and international collaboration. His experience includes executive leadership, higher education, public policy, humanitarian initiatives, and partnerships with organizations operating throughout North America, Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia.
Dr. Boyd brings together practical executive experience, academic scholarship, and a collaborative approach to problem-solving. Whether advising organizations through periods of growth and transition, serving as a neutral in mediation or arbitration, facilitating complex negotiations, or helping philanthropists identify high-impact charitable opportunities, he is committed to helping clients achieve practical, ethical, and sustainable results.
