Dr. Boyd, the primary of the CDBoyd LLC, has over sixteen years of experience in mediation and organizational development consulting in non-profits, global outreach ministries, and educational programs. Exceptional proficiency in strategizing and applying tactics in planning, development, and operational processes. Expertise in attaining short and long term operational goals as well as developing organizations to ensure future growth. Proficient in directing personnel and managing projects in multi-site and global locations. He is a proven and sought out leader and teacher, focused on equipping people for the work they are passionately called to execute. Dr. Boyd's particular capacities include:
• providing and nurturing support and accountability (resourcing, organizing, mediating conflict, and team building),
• empowering people and initiatives which fulfill the mission-oriented purpose, and
• helping mid-wife organizational structures so the missional purpose may be implemented.
This is reflected in his history of being able to lead people and provide an environment where care for one another may be experienced through: consensus building, sharing information and connecting people, cultivating an atmosphere where everyone feels they have been heard, helping people take a balcony view to gain perspective, and guiding people through adaptive change processes.
